This service is a flat rate full-service design fee and can vary depending on the scope of your project.

Remodeling
Working closely with your contractor, this service begins with a 90-minute consultation at your home where you can collaborate with Holly and communicate your desires. Together, we’ll view your space or architectural drawings to determine your needs and envisioned outcome. The proposal, which will estimate the amount of time needed for each phase of the project, outlines how Holly can guide you from plans to permits, demolition to the creation of a new space, and installations to final finishes. The consultation and scope of work will be created for a flat fee.
Consultation With Ongoing Support
This service has been created for clients who have design ideas for their home and have the time needed to implement them but want a professional to help ensure the design works harmoniously in their space. This type of design support will keep your long-term goals and vision at the forefront of all decisions and help you avoid making mistakes when creating in the space of your dreams!
This service begins with a 90-minute consultation followed by a detailed proposal where we will agree on the scope of work. The initial consultation allows Holly to assess your goals for the project, view the space or architectural drawings, and determine possible solutions. A scope of work is composed at the end of our consultation all for one flat fee. Support continues at an hourly rate after the initial consultation.
